Taking SPF to the Next Level

Covering every exposed area through niche storytelling 

Playing to the brand’s status as an oft-voted best-in-class product that still flew slightly under the radar, we created a full-spectrum campaign that served two functions: to raise awareness for Supergoop! as a brand, and to remind viewers that SPF should be worn every single day. Timed to run during Skin Cancer Awareness Month, our campaign took the form of morning talk show microstories themed around fashion, sports, weather, as well as the origin story and ingredients of the product – allowing us to align with the niche interests of a diverse audience. We provided creative direction, copywriting, scripts and a suite of assets that highlighted a spectrum of reasons to wear sunscreen, and tapped ambassadors and Influencers to then share their own personal reasons for using sunscreen across multiple channels. The campaign was used in digital takeovers based on AccuWeather readings, allowing for unexpected moments of humor and education.
